Vocational Training and Skill Development
We provide real world training in agriculture, tailoring, digital literacy and handicrafts. The training and courses taught go beyond just, teaching. They aim to boost self esteem and provide independence.
Support for Micro-Entrepreneurship
Women can turn their skills into income generating business and we help them to do so. With our micro entrepreneurship support, women are provided with start up kits, and training for continued business development. There is provision of mentorship to help women start home based and community enterprises.
Microfinance & Saving Groups
Access to capital is crucial. We make it possible for women to save and borrow through self-help groups (SHGs) and microfinance programs – on their terms.
