Baby Afdan is a five month old infant who is fighting for his life every single day. He was born with multiple complex congenital heart defects that severely affect the functioning of his heart and lungs, making even basic survival a challenge. His medical diagnosis includes Transposition of the Great Arteries, Ventricular Septal Defect, Patent Ductus Arteriosus, and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. Together, these conditions prevent oxygen rich blood from circulating properly in his body, placing immense strain on his fragile heart.

Doctors have clearly stated that Baby Afdan's condition is critical and life threatening. After detailed medical evaluation, specialists at Fortis Hospital, Manesar have confirmed that only an immediate Arterial Switch Surgery along with VSD and PDA closure can save his life. This surgery is highly time sensitive. Every passing day increases the risk to Afdan's survival, and any delay may lead to irreversible complications or loss of life. At just five months old, he is too young to understand his suffering, yet he continues to fight silently with every breath.

The estimated cost of this life saving procedure is ?2,90,000. With the support of Fortis Hospital, a concession of *25,000 has been extended, reducing the amount required to ?2,65,000. For Afdan's family, arranging this amount urgently is beyond their means, making external support essential to proceed with the surgery in time.
