This case was referred to us by the Social Wing of Fortis Hospital, Manesar. After a thorough medical evaluation, doctors have strongly recommended an early-stage PDA device closure surgery. This procedure is essential to correct the defect and ensure that Lal Chand can lead a healthy life. Without timely intervention, his condition may worsen, increasing the risk to his survival.

Lal Chand's family is in a difficult financial situation. His father, the sole earning member, works hard to provide for the family's basic needs but does not have the resources to afford such a high-cost treatment. The total cost of the surgery is ?1,90,000. With the hospital's support, a concession of ?15,000 has been granted. Despite this, an amount of ?1,75,000 still needs to be arranged urgently.
